PTA Box Tops and Soup Labels Competition |
From February 19th - March 21st, 2013, every classroom that turns in 500 or more Box Tops and/or Soup Labels will be rewarded with a bonus Dress Down Day to be announced after Spring Break. Be sure to label each bag with the classroom teacher's name to get credit. Any time spent trimming and bundling them into groups of 50 counts as volunteer time. Please see below for more information about digitally collecting Labels for Education. Contact Laura Lawritson (lawritson@comcast.net) or Lynn Morphew (lamorphew@gmail.com) with any questions or to volunteer to help tally the results for volunteer hours.
Cutting out Proof of Purchase/UPC codes:
- Attached is a list of the products that are eligible for the 2012-2013 school year. There are many more products than simply Campbell’s soups!
- Don’t forget: In order for a label to be eligible, the full UPC code must be present. Please also try to keep the point value attached as well.
- Don’t forget to label the baggie with your child’s teacher and your child’s name. If you want us to split them between classrooms, just add a note!
- If you are going to count your labels, PLEASE separate the various point values in separate baggies or envelopes (otherwise we have to recount them), AND, write the number of labels and NOT the number of points. You can earn volunteer credit for counting!
- You can turn them in at any time in the bin located across from the front office.
- There will be another contest in the future, so look for more information soon!
“E-label” program: An easy way to earn extra points for our school!
- Create an account at the e-labels for education website, attach your shopper rewards card from participating retailers, and choose PCK to be the recipient of your points. The school is listed as Core Knowledge Charter School.
- You will earn points automatically when you use your shoppers card and purchase participating products.

Help multiply our efforts by asking your friends and family to collect proofs of purchase/UPC codes on behalf of our school AND to sign up for the e-labels program!
