PCKCS 5-22-08

Today is our last official day in the building before summer break (tomorrow’s Field Day is at Salisbury Park), which makes this the final Thursday Newsletter of the year. Hey, don’t cheer too hard! I want to thank you all for another wonderful year. It was fun and it was hard, it challenged me, it made me think, and there were moments it brought me to tears (seeing all the kids surrounding Mrs. Myers on the stage the final night of the Fiddler on the Roof performance), but it was worth every moment. Thank you for all of your support, encouragement and generosity throughout the year…you came through every time we put out a call. Thank you for the food (!), the cards/notes of encouragement, the time you so generously gave, the supplies you provided, the field trips you chaperoned, the behind-the-scenes work you completed, the Thursday folders you stuffed, the smiles you gave, and, last but not least, thank you for allowing us the privilege of educating your child(ren). Our partnership with you is unique and one that is cherished by the entire PCKCS staff. We can’t wait to do it again…next year!

Have a wonderful, restful summer, and don’t forget to send us a postcard. See you back here in August. God Bless –

One more thank you for Staff Appreciation – Shannon Clark and Jamie Dale both spent a full day giving gave complimentary massages to all of the staff! Wow, one more example of the incredible generosity that our parents shower upon us. Thank you very much!
